Hi, I’m Lisa Corcoran—somatic coach and founder of Infectious Ease. I help people who feel trapped by anxiety, panic and agoraphobia reconnect with their bodies and rewrite their stories. I’ve lived with daily panic attacks, relentless anxiety, and agoraphobia so intense I didn’t leave the house for a year. I know what it’s like to grip a countertop and wonder if you’re disappearing. To cancel again, pace the hallway again, crawl back in bed again, panic again and again, and feel bewildered by it all. My world felt impossibly small, and my fear was overwhelmingly big.

Healing cracked something open. I didn’t just get better—I found ease, joy, and a deep trust in the body’s wisdom. My journey led me back to school to earn my graduate degree in psychology so that I can use my personal and professional experience to help others.

I created Infectious Ease to offer an alternative to the old narratives of dis-ease, disorder, and dysfunction. The outdated coping skills model. As if the best you could hope for is to manage and cope for the rest of your life.

You can heal. You will heal.

My coaching blends nervous system science with intuitive listening and experiential learning. I work with people who are tired of surviving and ready to feel safe, spacious, and alive in their bodies again.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to connect.
